Oriole Landing

Oriole Landing is a mixed-income 60-unit multifamily project created in collaboration with Civico Development. Pugh-Civico partnered with the Town of Lincoln, MA to create a mixed-income development that would help the community stay above the Massachusetts 40B threshold, while creating a unique property that serves its community. The urban design concept centers around the community courtyard where residents may participate in a professionally curated gardening experience. The agricultural theme coincides with the historic use of the property as a working farm and the surrounding countryside. Direct access to Route 2 allows residents to quickly travel to Kendall Square, Cambridge, Boston, and the Route 128 Technology Corridor.
