  2. AptApp - A phone app that allows residents to connect and build community. It also increases awareness for owners/property managers about trends, interests, and challenges in a community.
  
  3. Procore Technologies- we use ProCore for all of our construction projects. The software keeps our teams focused and on the same page.
  
  4. BLDUP - A Market intelligence and analytics web tool for development, design, and construction. I use their information to track new deals and developments in our areas of interest for investing.
  
  5. Aerial drones - we have them create footage for video marketing and keeping an eye on our construction sites.
