John T. Pugh is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pugh Management, a real estate investment and development firm focused on multifamily, mixed-use, and industrial assets across the United States. With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of capital formation, design, and execution, John has led more than $1.85 billion in real estate activity.

He brings a uniquely integrated perspective to his work, drawing from a career that spans Wall Street financial technology sales, architectural practice, institutional development roles, and hands-on development leadership. Prior to launching Pugh Management, John held leadership positions at firms including Consigli Construction and Samuels & Associates, where he managed high-profile, large-scale urban projects in Boston and Cambridge.

Under John’s leadership, Pugh Management partners with family offices, institutions, and entrepreneurial operators to deliver projects with a focus on capital preservation, disciplined underwriting, and long-term value creation. He holds a Master of Architecture from MIT and a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University. John is a licensed architect in Massachusetts and Florida and a licensed real estate agent in Florida.
