Boston Last-Mile Project Update

The Pugh Management partners made a trip to see the progress on the Malden/Melrose urban last-mile industrial project the other day. It is coming along and there are a few minor finishes required and final landscaping. The leasing interest is strong. So there is strong interest from both regional and national tenants. As we progress and finalize it we will make sure to keep you up to date.
