English Square Mixed-Use Development

In collaboration with Mullins Management, Pugh Management managed the design and development of the 200+ unit multifamily and 75,000 sf+ retail village in Holbrook, MA. The design calls for mixed-income housing with retail centered around a village green. The project is expected to start construction in 2022.
