Harvard University Smith Campus Center

The Harvard University Smith Campus Center project is a state-of-the-art, transformation of Harvard University’s student center. While at Consigli Construction, Pugh partnered with the executive team to manage two concurrent and overlapping construction projects with separate project management and field operations teams. The project is in Harvard Square and during construction the building was more than 50% occupied and consisted of significant demolition, renovation & façade restoration.

The Project included the following use types: Office, Higher Education, Healthcare, Parking, & Retail.
