University Strategic Plan

While working for UMass Lowell, Pugh was part of the management team that started on the South Campus Master Plan that became the greater 2021 University Strategic Plan. Planning initiatives, acquisitions, new projects, and existing building evaluations and portfolio decision making was involved. Pugh worked directly with the Facilities and Planning leadership to usher in a new era at UMass Lowell. The total plan involved $1.3 Billion of new construction, capital projects, and deferred maintenance improvements.

The Project included the following use types: Higher Education, Commercial, Parking, and Retail
